Come stand in solidarity with the affected LGBTQIA+ students and their families at the Massapequa School District Board of Education Meeting on Thursday, March 19th!

Meeting starts at 8pm. We will meet in the lobby at 7:30pm. We are there to offer a visual display of support and to send the message that our Nassau community stands with LGBTQIA+ students.

Only residents are allowed to speak. If you would like to speak, please sign-up at the desk in the back of the lobby.

It is very important that we do not boo the opposition as we do not want to play into the opposition’s false narratives. Instead, please bring a pride or transgender flag to wave. If you don’t have one of your own, there will be individuals present handing out flags for free.
